SafetyLeads Cares™ is our commitment to reinvesting leadership development into the systems that sustain it. With every SafetyLeads™ engagement, a percentage of our work is directed back to an equine nonprofit partner supporting the care and wellbeing of the horses who make this learning possible. In addition, each engagement sponsors a nonprofit leader to receive a psychological safety assessment and a one-to-one coaching session focused on leadership presence, strengths, opportunities for growth and emotional intelligence.
